| 摘 要： | 随着高等学校实行学分制、后勤社会化以及社会经济发展带来的生活方式的深刻变化,学生日常教育管理必然从传统"群体管理"转向"个体管理",高校管理工作者和思想政治工作者必须充分认识到这种管理模式转变的重要性,努力促进管理模式从"群体管理"向"个体管理"的转变。

| Abstract: | Along with the adoption of credit system and the commercialization of logistics in colleges and universities and the fundamental changes of the life style brought by the social economic development, the routine education management of students will inevitably be shifted from traditional group management to individual management. The managerial staff and the staff involved with ideological and political education in colleges and universities must fully realize the importance of this shift of management mode and try hard to promote the shift from the group management mode to individual management mode. |
