| 摘 要： | 随着手机铃声日渐成为一种具有商品属性的特殊产品,由手机铃声下载引起的纠纷频频发生。透过对手机铃声下载引发的典型案例的分析,旨在从著作权法的角度对手机铃声下载的相关概念、服务商的侵权行为以及责任认定等几方面进行研究,并试图以著作权法对其加以规范。
