| Abstract: | The paper deals with the value conflict problem in the weakening and clearing-up of the centralization system of international hegemonism in the course of the development of multi-polarization of the political pattern in the world. It also studies the weakening of the state centralization power system and the value conflict problem in the establishment of the corresponding new type democratic system. |
