| Abstract: | The article tries to illustrate the characteristics and problems in the production and execution of the current policy of saving energy from the view of public policy analysis.Setting up a nationwide administration to administer all the energy work in the country,setting up and improving polices involving the saving energy policy and enhancing the supervision in policy execution are very important for the improvement of the policy of saving energy. |
