| 摘 要： | 从彼得大帝到普京,俄罗斯的对外战略目标一直在"融入"欧洲问题上徘徊。论文通过详细分析三方面的因素,探讨了俄罗斯在可预见时间内不能加入欧盟,也不能真正融入欧洲的历史和现实因素,包括特殊的文化和文明,特定的现实、历史和文化的差异,以及欧盟北约的双重东扩等。

| Abstract: | From Peter the Great to President Putin,the foreign policy of Russia has always been wandering in "melting" into the EU in foreseeable future.This paper analyzes three factors which prevent Russia from melting into Europe,i.e.Russia's special culture and civilization and specific national politics,differences of history and culture between Russia and Europe,and bi-expansion of EU and NATO,etc. |
