| 摘 要： | 本文首先对物品的排他性与共同性以及公共物品的特性进行了阐述,在此基础上论述了信息作为准公共物品所具有的使用性质,以及其在排他性使用控制中所存在的困难,为此探索了信息物品可能的产权安排途径。

| Abstract: | This paper first expounds the rivalry and the intercommunity of goods and characteristics of public goods. Then, it discusses the qualities of information as an approximate public goods , and the difficulty of its exclusive control. Therefore, possible ways to arrange the property of information goods are explored. |
