企业“生涯导向”教育培训模式研究

摘    要:“生涯导向”教育培训,是以员工职业生涯发展为指导方向的一种多样性、多层次、个性化教育培训模式。其实质是在教育培训中加入生涯管理维度,将教育培训与组织发展、员工发展构建成一个有机系统。实施“生涯导向”教育培训模式是提高教育培训有效性的重要策略,也充分体现了企业的精神内涵,代表着教育培训管理的发展方向。

Abstract:The educationai training mode of "career-guiding" is directed toward the staffs career development in an enterprise, which is diversified, multi-level and personalized. The essence of the mode is to add career-managing system to educationai training so that educationai training and the development of an organization and its staff can be integrated into one organic system. To practise the mode means a crucial strategy to improve the efficiency of the educationai training, reflects the spirit of the enterprise and represents the development direction of educationai training management.
