| 摘 要： | 本文主要对新时期我国高校毕业生面临的严峻就业形势进行了客观分析,对当前高校毕业生就业面临的主要困难和矛盾进行了阐述,总结了大学毕业生就业的特点,并有针对性地提出了改进的措施,从政府部门、高校、就业工作部门、用人单位和毕业生几个方面提出了工作对策。

| Abstract: | The article presents an objective analysis of the austere employment situations, vvhich the Chinese university graduates are facing in the new period. and expounds the main difficulties and conflicts currently facing university graduates when they are finding employment. The characteristics of university graduates employment are summarized and the countermeasures for improvemenl are brought forward. Working menthods for governments, institutions of higher Iearning. employment departments, companies and graduates are also presented. |
