| 摘 要： | 从农村到城市,农民工面临的依然是以"关系"为特征的人情社会。"关系-人情"能满足农民工的情感性需求和工具性需求。在交往互动中,农民工尤其是中下层农民工易于过度依赖同质性群体,呈现情感互动的"内卷化"趋势;同时,由于部分权利缺失和权力剥夺,农民工也面临资源和利益分配不平等的境遇。"关系性排斥"是农民工在文化历史环境、正式制度、非正式制度三重作用下遭受的困境,要从政府、社会层面出发积极改善这种困境。
