培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的制度支撑

中国特色社会主义的制度自信，源自于其在价值层面的本质性规定，即社会主义制度的内在精神和灵魂——社会主义核心价值观。同时，社会主义核心价值观的培育需要宽厚的制度保障。培育和践行社会主义核心价值观，应该大胆地进行制度创新，努力形成凝聚社会主义核心价值、寄寓人民美好道德期盼、充盈自由平等公平正义的制度体系，让制度成为社会主义核心价值观融入现实生活的重要媒介和桥梁。
