摘    要:针对计量封印产品自动化入盒包装的生产需求,设计了一种直角坐标机器人,其具有三轴运动结构,通过直线插补规划运动路径,采用气动吸盘作为末端执行机构。装置应用机器视觉检测技术识别封印条码,根据条码编码,PLC控制机器人自动抓放封印到包装盒中指定位置。实验证明,该装置在精度、效率和稳定性上均达到了企业大批量自动化生产的应用要求。

Abstract:According to the automatic packing requirement of seal product. a kind of cartesian robot was developed,which consisted of 3 motion shafts. In the robot. the vacuum chuck was used as an end effector. which moved along theplanning path by the linear interpolation. The machine vision technique was applied to recognize the barcode of seal.According to the barcode. the robot which was controlled by PLC grasped the seal to the fixed position of the packingbox. The experiment proves that the device can meet the requirement of mass production in precision, efficiency andstability.
