| 摘 要： | 和谐医患关系是构建和谐社会的重要组成部分。文章在分析我国医患关系的现状以及医院管理存在问题的基础上，以南华大学附一医院卓有成效的管理模式变革为案例分析，对构建现代医院管理模式提出了几点思考，有助于推动和谐医患关系的构建。
