社会稳定视角下的官德建设

稳定是中国的最高利益 ,“稳定压倒一切”。作为“后发型”国家 ,中国现代化的历程伴随着许多不稳定的因素。官德缺失、腐败的滋生和蔓延是影响中国社会稳定的一个最大问题。官德缺失会造成执政党丧失人民群众的信任和支持 ,破坏稳定的群众基础 ;危害经济建设 ,阻碍和破坏社会主义现代化建设的进程 ;严重毒害人们的思想 ,败坏社会道德风气。保持社会稳定 ,必须坚持“教育是基础 ,法制是保证” ,强化官德建设。

The Construction of officials' Morality under Visual Angle of Social Stability

The stability is the highest benefit,"the stability is the first".As a country of "Lately-developed type" China has experienced the process of modernization with many unstable factors.The lack of offical's morality and corruption's growing and spreading is a biggest problem which influences social stability of China.The lack of official's morality may cause ruling party to lose the people's belief and support,damage stable mass foundation;endanger economic construction and stop and destroy the process of modernization building of socialism;poison seriously people's thought and ruin moral atmosphere of society.In order to keep social stability,we must insist on "education is a basis and legal system is guarantee" and strengthen construction of official's morality.
