| 摘 要： | 现代社会,公众不仅对政府提出了高效的要求,同时还提出了廉价的要求。以人员工资与福利为主要构成部分的政府规模成本是政府成本中比例最大、刚性最强的一项成本支出。通过对政府规模成本进行数据分析,找出成本高昂的原因所在,为控制政府规模成本指出正确的方向。

| Abstract: | In modern society,the public not only proposes the need for an effective government but also a clean and honest one.Staff and employees' wage and welfare constitute the largest cost expenditure in government cost.Through analyzing the data of government scale cost,this author tries to find out the reasons for high cost and directs the government to controlling scale cost. |
