| 摘 要： | 分析了改革开放以来我国加强非公有制经济组织党建工作的背景,总结了党对非公有制经济组织党建工作认识的演变过程及其各地探索非公有制经济组织党建工作主要实践经验,在此基础上,提出以非公有制经济组织党建工作体制机制创新为突破口,进行党建工作领导体制、运行机制、管理服务机制、动力保障机制等系统的改革与创新,不断推进新经济组织党建工作的科学发展。
