| 摘 要： | 结合能源短缺严重阻碍社会发展,节能降耗成为企业和社会发展的必然选择的经济发展背景,针对节能服务业作为战略性新兴产业在国家的支持下得到极大的发展,但也面临诸多问题的现状,引入交易成本理论,并根据节能服务市场运作特点,提出了节能服务业发展和改进的策略。
