| 摘 要： | 与世界风险社会相应,科技风险文化已经成为当今世界文化中的一个新的重要的构成要素,它直接来源于科技自身的发展以及由此带来的新的科技风险。20世纪80年代之后,随着科技伦理、环境生态等科技风险问题的社会化和全球化,科技风险逐渐发展为一种独特的风险文化。科学技术体系内部及外部科技价值观念的风险化是世界风险社会中科技风险文化的主要表现形式。正是这种风险化的科技价值观念带来了完全不同于传统工业社会的社会组织模式。
