上海加快推进国际贸易中心建设的战略思考

上海所确定的“四个中心”的发展战略目标是一个有机的整体，而其中国际贸易中心的形成和发展则起着核心与先导的作用，具有非常迫切的战略意义。上海国际贸易中心的内涵应是以货物贸易为主，具有国际化水准，并对国内外市场具有强大的集聚力和辐射力的核心交易市场。本文在分析当前上海国际贸易中心建设网络核心优势尚不明显、贸易主体尚未确立、核心交易平台尚未形成的情况下，提出了一些战略思路与推进措施。

Strategic thinking on accelerating the construction of Shanghai international trade center

The development strategy to establish the ＂four centers＂ is an organic whole and the formation and development of international trade center plays a leading role in the strategy. The primary part of the international trade center should be the cargo trade which has the internationalization standard and has the core trading market which has strong concentration of power and radiation on the domestic and international markets. Now the network core strength is not yet clear, the main body of trade has not been established and the core trading platform has not yet formed. Based on the analysis, this article proposed several strategic thinking and measures.
