| Abstract: | The pressure faced by the university graduates during the process of job hunting is still very high in Shanghai. To build international metropolis and promote the comprehensive transformation of the city,Shanghai should take several measures such as legitimately design mechanisms and integrate various resources provide help for the university graduates to do better in their job hunting process. |
