世博后上海及长三角地区人口发展趋势研究

世博后上海及长三角地区的人口总量、素质和结构及空间分布等将有重要变化。新的发展变化趋势主要有：人口总量将出现快速增长期；人口分布更加合理，将出现“一核九带”的人口增长格局；上海城市建设的重心将转到郊区，人口郊区化加速；老年人口异地养老将有实质性推进；人口素质提升和开放共赢理念形成。同时，提出促进长三角地区人口管理制度创新的对策思路。

The Trend of Population development in Shanghai and The Yangtze River Delta Region after The World EXPO 2010 Shanghai

After the world EXPO 2010 Shanghai, there will be important changes in the quantity, quality and structure of population in Shanghai and the Yangtze River Delta Region. The new trend mentioned in this article are： the quantity of population is growing rapidly; the population distribution is more rational with a population growth pattern which shows a core area and nine city belts ; the em- phasis of urban construction is going to be transferred to the suburbs and the development of Population Suburbanization is accelerated; remote pension for elderly population is being pushed on substantively ; the quality of population is promoting, and the Opening and win - win principle is being formed. In the end, this paper gives strategies to promote the innovation of the population management system in the Yangtze River Delta Region.
