| 摘 要： | 通过对中国31个省区1998～2008教育基尼系数的测算,描述了中国历年人力资本存量结构及变化规律：人力资本基尼系数和人力资本平均存量水平具有很高的负相关性,各区域人均受教育年限不断提高,人力资本基尼系数逐渐下降,但人力资本不平等的现状在三大区域间依然突出。

| Abstract: | It describes the human capital structure of china during the past 10 years（1998-2008） through the estimate of 31 provinces and regions＇education Gini coefficient in this decade.we find that there is a high negative correlation between the level of human capital and the inequality of human capital,and the continuance of the rising years of schooling in every region puts the human capital Gini coefficient being decreased gradually,but the status of inequality of human capital is still prominent among the three major regions. |
