加快上海黄浦江沿线商务功能开发研究

在上海“十字轴”商务带规划建设中，以大浦东和大虹桥为带动的东西向商务轴串联了淮海路、南京路等商务商业高度集聚的商务区，已具有较强的发展内生性。而北起复兴岛、南抵上中路隧道的沿黄浦江南北向轴线存在商务功能开发缺乏纵深、房地产开发过度、产业结构雷同等问题，与东西向轴线存在较大的差距。因此，加快浦江沿线商务功能开发，完善中心城区“十字轴”商务体系构架，不仅有利于上海传承历史文脉、优化城市空间布局，而且对加快上海“四个中心”建设和服务经济发展都具有重要的战略意义。

Thus, to accelerate the development of business function along the Huangpu river and improve the cross - axis business system architecture in the downtown area will be helpful to inherit the historical context, optimize the layout of urban space and has strategic significance to speed up the construction of four centers and service economy.
