上海公共交通优先发展模式研究

经过20多年的建设和发展,上海已初步形成了以轨道交通为主导的公共交通优先发展态势,对促进城市空间拓展、形成集约化交通方式结构以及缓解道路拥堵起到了积极作用。本文回顾上海公共交通发展历程,结合近期公交发展规划,并借鉴世界上公共交通发达城市的经验,提出了符合上海实际、达到亚洲先进水平的公共交通优先发展模式和策略。

Research on priority development mode of Shanghai Public Transport

After 20 years of construction and development,shanghai has initially formed the priority development trend of public transport which is rail transit-oriented. This development trend has contributed a lot to the urban spatial expansion,the formation of intensive modes of transportation and the ease of road congestion. This article reviews the history of shanghai public transport development and put forward several realistic development mode and strategies reaching Asian advanced level based on the recent public transport development plan and the experiences from world＇s cities which have advanced public transport.
