略论实现长三角地区城市化与土地供应之间的平衡

本文立足于长江三角洲在全国的重要经济地位和城市化的必要性，针对长三角地区城市化所产生的问题，指出其对长三角和全国经济发展的影响，并根据中央经济工作会议提出的城市化新思路、新战略，对城市化与土地供应的关系进行研究，分析城市化布局错位的现状及产生的问题，重点从大城市与中小城市及小城镇的协调发展、投资人的去向、农民工的流动、农家居的分布等四个方面进行详细解析，指出解决城市化与土地供应平衡的具体措施，从而为下一步更好的推进城市化发展提供思路及建议。

Brief comments on how to realize the balance between the urbanization and land supply in Yangtze River Delta region

Based on the key economic status of Yangtze River Delta region and the need of urbanization, this article analyzed the relationship between urbanization and land supply from four aspects which are the coordinated development of large and small cities and small towns, investor＇s whereabouts, the flow of migrant workers and the distribution of farm household and put forward the solutions to solve the problem of the balance between urbanization and land supply and better promote the development of urbanization.
