| 摘 要： | 股利政策是对留存收益分配事项所做出的决策。本文对我国上市公司的股利政策特征进行了分析,并从股权结构、证券市场环境、公司盈利能力等方面探讨了其原因,最后提出了使我国上市公司股利政策理性化的建议。

| Abstract: | Dividend policy is to make a decision on how to distribute the retained earnings. This article makes an analysis on the characters of the dividend policy of our listed companies and analyzes the causes of problems from the aspects of capital structure, security market, earning ability. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions to make Chinese dividend policy reasonable. |
