影响2002年我国经济增长前景的基本因素分析

 2001年我国经济增长速度呈现持续下滑的走势，国内生产总值增长率从一季度的8.1%降至四季度的6.4%，规模以上工业企业增加值增长率从11.2%降至8.5%。但这种状况在2002年的一季度有了实质性的改变，二者的增长速度均有了一定幅度的回升，特别是固定资产投资的快速增长和出口增速的明显回升，使得经济增长呈现较为乐观的前景。然而偏紧的货币政策和不断下降的物价水平又使经济增长前景蒙上一层阴影。总起来看，2002年我国经济仍会保持较快增长而不会延续2001年的下滑走势，但增长速度明显高于几年前平均水平的可能性也不大。
