| 摘 要： | 目前，山东循环农业发展正处于由资源减投、污染减放“为主的资源节约型循环向再循环再利用”为主的资源综合利用型循环转型。主要依据循环经济“4R”原则，构建循环农业发展评价指标体系与计量模型，并运用该模型对山东省循环农业发展进行计量描述和分析。

| Abstract: | Recently, taking a farewell to the resource-saving type, featured with ＂reducing resource inputs and pollution emissions＂ ,the cycle agriculture in Shandong province is turning its step to the type of comprehensive utilization on resource,featured with ＂recycle and re-utilizing＂. On the basis of ＂4-R＂ principle, the paper constructs a cycle agriculture developing index system and a measure model, with which the paper analyzes the development of cycle agriculture in Shandong province. |
