| 摘 要： | 随着社会的发展和学科建设的改革,创新型医学人才已成为社会对医学人才的首要选择。分析当前社会对医学人才的具体要求和高等医学教育中存在的不足,作者提出面对知识经济的挑战,必须加快教育改革的步伐,以培养创新型高素质的医学人才为目标,充分发挥高等院校在培养高素质人才方面的作用,并从教师和学生两个角度探讨怎样培养创新性医学人才。

| Abstract: | With the social development and medical reform,medical creative talent is becoming the first choice for our society.Actual demand for medical talent in the present society and deficiency in university medical education were analyzed.In the face of the challenge of intellective economy,it was necessary to quicken educational reform and to train creative medical talent as the target.The author also suggested the study how to train creative medical talent should discuss from the teacher and student. |
