| 摘 要： | 制度效率就是实施制度带来的收益与成本的比较,单项制度安排的效率主要取决于:制度是否具有“普适性”,其他相关制度安排实现其功能的完善程度和生产过程的技术性质。制度结构的效率则主要取决于制度配置状况。制度配置存在制度耦合、制度冲突与制度真空三种状况。当存在制度冲突与制度真空时,制度结构的效率会受到影响。要提高制度结构的效率,关键是要克服制度冲突与制度真空,实现制度耦合。

| Abstract: | The efficiency of institution means the comparison between the benefits and the costs as the result of the implement of institution. A single institutional arrangement bases its efficiency mainly on its universality. The structural efficiency of institution depends on the situation of institutional make-up. There are three cases, that is, coincidence, confliction and vacuum. The efficiency of institution will be lowered in the latter two cases. The key point of improving the efficiency is to overcome confliction and vacuum and realize coincidence of institution. |
