论政府、市场、公民社会部门之间的博弈关系

当今社会是政府、市场（主要指市场中的企业）与第三部门三个空间的统一体。其中,第三部门（公民社会部门）的发展应该是与公民社会的发展分不开的。同时现代社会中不可避免的政府失灵和市场失灵也使得第三部门的出现成为迫切的需要。在社会资源的配置过程中,三个主体之间存在着博弈,而作为较优结果的合作无疑应该是我们所寻求的目标,,即政府、市场与第三部门之间的良性互动应成为社会前进的“三驾马车”。

On Game Relation among Government, Market and Civil Society

:A society consists of government, market (enterprises) and the Third Sector (civil society). The inevitable government failure and market failure lead to evolution of the Third Sector. In the course of disposal of social resources, game exists among the three bodies;and the reciprocity is the object that a society is seeking.. Government, market and the Third Sector are "troika" of modern society.
