移动网非忙时资源再利用的经济分析

随着3G网络在全国范围内大规模的开展,移动通信网在带宽和覆盖上都有了大幅度的提高,网络在满足忙时业务量需求的同时,又造成了非忙时资源的闲置。本文在对移动运营商收入和成本的分析中引入了时间的参量;通过实际数据分析了忙时和非忙时的业务差异和资源占用差异;对移动运营商分时定价进行了可行性分析,从需求和供给层分析了可能产生的影响。分析结果表明,移动运营商主动降低非忙时段的价格,能吸引SP/CP开发出更多的业务以及用户加大在非忙时段消费,使运营商、SP/CP和消费者在使用量增加的基础上实现共赢。
