陕北区域经济增长与大学生人力资本开发研究

近年来,依靠能源开发、开采陕北区域经济获得了快速增长,但这种增长方式与我们倡导的科学发展、和谐社会要求大相径庭。对此,政府必须转变观念,重视大学生人力资本对经济增长的作用,构建顺畅流动的人力资本市场机制,创新人才管理机制,营造良好的就业环境;当地高校要提高教学质量,根据区域经济发展要求优化专业设置,改革教学模式,注重学生综合素质和能力的培养。

On Regional Economic Growth in Northern Shaanxi Province in Regard to College Students as Human Capital

In recent years,relying on energy development,mining in northern Shaanxi has been the rapid growth in the regional economy,but the mode of growth strays away from the demands required by promotion of scientific development and construction of harmonious society.In response,the Government must change ideas and attention onto college students as human capital in economic growth,the role of building a smooth flow of human capital market mechanisms,innovation and talent management system,to create a good employment environment;local colleges and universities to improve teaching quality,according to regional economic development requirements of optimization of professional settings,the reform of teaching mode,students focus on the overall quality and ability.
