| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代以来,越来越多的国家开始把监管职责从中央银行分离出来。随着银行监管安排的变化,监管研究范围由一国向区域及全球延伸,研究领域由宏观到微观,研究方法由规范到实证。大量研究显示监管与银行业结构、银行业稳定及经济增长存在相关性。文章分析了银行监管研究最新动态,认为我国应加强银行监管研究,为提高监管效率和防范金融危机提供理论依据和预警机制。

| Abstract: | The function of banking supervision has been separated from the central bank in most countries since 1990s. According to this change, the research fields and methods have been variable from one area to another. And most conclusions reveal the correlation exists between banking regulation and banking structure, banking stabilization and economic growth. This paper pursues the newest development in supervision study. It points out that our government should intensify financial supervision research to prepare countermeasures during these areas such as regulation efficiency improvement and financial crisis prevention. |
