| 摘 要： | 扩招后的地方院校外语师资存在着一些突出的问题。面对现状,外语师资建设要从优化师资队伍结构、提高教师教育教学能力、加强学科专业人才培养等主要几个方面入手,建设好一支与高等教育发展相协调的外语师资队伍,以适应外语教学的发展需要。

| Abstract: | Problems on foreign language teachers have cropped up after the expansion of enrollment in local colleges and(universities).After the analysis,foreign language teachers' construction should begin with the following,such as bettering the composition of teachers' ranks,raising the teachers' faculty of education and teaching,strengthening the cultivation of talented persons,and the capable foreign language teachers' ranks will be built to meet with the development of FLT. |
