南京国民政府时期民事诉讼法制变革原因之探析

An Analysis of the Causes for the Change of Legal System of Civil Action During the Rule of the Government of Kuomingtang in Nanjing

The government of Kuomingtang in Nanjing gained dominion over the country by force, and political unity provides a precondition and a guarantee for the change of legal system of civil action. It also promotes the development of national economy and society, which provides a realistic foundation for the change. On the other hand, with the change of social contradictions of different historical phases, the construction of legal system of civil action during the rule of the government of Kuomingtang has been influenced to a certain extent, which either promotes or restrains the change and development of legal system of civil action.
