| 摘 要： | 我国债券市场发展缓慢,市场结构、融资结构不均衡,债券的流动性差。对发展公司债券市场的认识存在偏差和误解,信息披露制度、信用评级机制不健全,缺乏有效保护债权人权利的法律环境。为此,我们应该加强信息披露的监督,健全信用评级机制,发展公司债券的二级市场,完善相应的法律体系,加强偿债保障机制的建设,积极拓展公司债券品种。

| Abstract: | The business bond market in China has developed slowly with imbalanced market and financial structure,as well as bad flow.Recognition misunderstanding,imperfect systems for information-disclosure and credit appraisal,absence of legal environment in which creditors' rights can be guaranteed are reasons for this situation.Accordingly,we should strengthen supervision of information disclosure,improve credit appraisal mechanism,develop second-hand business bond market,consummate relevant legal system,reinforce repay-guarantee mechanism and vigorously develop new types of business bond. |
