| 摘 要： | 被宣告死亡人死亡时间的确定，是宣告死亡制度中的一个重要内容，在法律上具有重要的意义，各国对此存在不同的立法体例，有必要进行探讨，我国应确定以法定失踪期间届满之时为被宣告死亡人的具体死亡日期。
