| 摘 要： | 清代前期,清政府通过对蒙古的特殊立法,确立了蒙古地区独具特色的司法审判制度。近代以来,特别是清末至民国时期,随着中国传统的司法审判制度的演变和历届中央政府对蒙古的"与内地一体化"政策的实施,蒙古传统的司法审判制度也发生了很大的变化。

| Abstract: | At the beginning of the Qing Dynasty,the government established a unique Judicatory trial system in Mongolian region by means of a special judicatory system for Mongolian.Since the beginning of modern time,especially during the period of the end of Qing Dynasty and the time of Republic of China,traditional Mongolian judicatory system had been changed dramatically with the evolvement of Chinese traditional judicatory system and with the practice of the nationalization policy to the Mongolians by the central government of different periods. |
