| 摘 要： | 分析了1978—2005年间陕西产业结构和就业结构之间的互动关系。通过对不同指标的比较，发现陕西就业矛盾的原因主要在于陕西的产业结构与就业结构不相称，就业结构滞后于产业结构的发展，第三产业发展不足。因此，我们必须在认识产业结构和就业结构相互关系的基础上，采取有效措施，实现产业优化和增加就业的双重目标。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the mutual relationship between industrial and employment structures between 1978 - 2005 in Shaanxi Province. Through the comparison of different targets, it is found that the problems of employment lie in the disharmony between industrial and employment structures. The development of employment structure lags behind industrial structure, and meanwhile the third industry is undeveloped. Therefore, it is necessary to take effective measures based on understanding the mutual relationship between industrial and employment structures in order to realize the industrial optimization and raise the employment rote. |
