| 摘 要： | 以济南东部新城CBD区内某大型综合办公楼为研究对象，对建筑能源消耗数据进行整理分析，得到单位建筑面积水耗指标、单位人员桶装水消耗指标、日均燃气消耗指标、单位建筑面积冬季空调热力消耗指标、单位建筑面积耗电指标以及单位建筑面积一次总能耗指标，并提出相应的节能改造建议．

| Abstract: | In order to investigate large office building is chosen as consumption index of water, gas, the status of energy consumptions of the large public buildings in Jinan City,one an evaluation example in the paper. By on-site survey and field measurement ,the heating, electricity power, that of unit area energy consumption and total energy consumption index are given. Furthermore, the corresponding transformation suggestions are put forward. |
