智慧物流颠覆性创新发展的要素组合研究

通过扎根理论(质化研究)实证分析,构建智慧物流创新发展的要素架构,结合QCA比较分析方法,探究智慧物流创新发展的要素组合效用。研究结果表明:良好口碑与理念引导的要素组合,是智慧物流创新发展的基础性有利条件;理念引导、敏捷应对和技术创新三项因素同时发挥优势效用,能实现智慧物流创新发展的长效性优势;在良好口碑和敏捷应对优势单项缺失情况下,其它发展要素的组合互补功效十分重要。因此,智慧物流业创新中,应蓄积以“环境推动”为内涵、以“科技支撑”为动力的颠覆性创新发展的要素优化组合对策,发挥优势要素的可替代性和互补性,获得有利于智慧物流市场营销的核心竞争力。

Research on the Combination of Elements in Disruptive Innovation and Development of Smart Logistics

Through empirical analysis based on grounded theory(qualitative research),this paper constructs the element structure of the innovation of smart logistics,and by combining the QCA comparative analysis method,it explores the combined effect of the disruptive development of smart logistics.The research results show that:1)The combination of a good reputation and concept guidance is the basic favorable condition for the innovation of smart logistics;2)The simultaneous full play of advantages of concept guidance,agile response and technological innovation can realize long-term advantages of innovation in smart logistics;3)The combination and complementary effects of other development elements become very important when advantages of either good reputation or agile response is not available.Therefore,in the innovation of smart logistics industry,it is necessary to accumulate the optimal combination of innovation development elements with“environmental promotion”as the connotation and“technological support”as the driving force,give play to the substitutability and complementarity of the advantageous elements,and then obtain the core competitiveness conducive to the marketing of intelligent logistics.
