| 摘 要： | 《科学引文索引》(SCI)是目前国际上广泛承认的一种比较权威、相对客观的科研成果评价标准。文章介绍了SCI的特点,详细分析了利用SCI引文数据对基础科研成果评价的积极作用,指出了SCI进行成果评价的不足之处,提出应完善同行评议,构建我国自己的科研成果评价体系。

| Abstract: | Science Citation Index (SCI) is widely accepted as an authoritative objective evaluation criterion of science research. The paper introduces the features of SCI and analyses its active functions and negative effects on the evaluation of basic theory research. At the same time, some suggestions about how to improve fellow evaluation and construct evaluation system of science research production are pointed out. |
