| 摘 要： | 国有企业投资存在着投资管理粗放、投资收益低下等问题 ,必须加强投资综合评价考核工作 ,规范国企投资行为 ,促使企业经济总量和经济结构保持良好状态 ,引导企业步入良性经济增长 ,提高投资决策水平和收益水平。

| Abstract: | There are so many problems which exist in the state-owned enterprises investing process,such as lacks of extensive management,little profit etc.,that it is necessary to strengthen the investment synthetic evaluation and examination and it is necessary to formalize their investing actions to be normative. Larger economic sum and proper economic constructions will be achieved in the state-owned enterprises by those evaluation and examination works. As a result,enterprises will gain an healthy growth,both their ratio on successful strategic decisions and profit rate will be enhanced. |
