成贵高铁影响下宜宾的区位优势与功能定位

从城市区位与城市功能定位的关系出发,以成渝经济区、成贵高铁等重大事件为依据,分段描述了宜宾区位优势发生的变化,特别指出了成贵高铁对宜宾具有倍增区位优势的根本作用。在对宜宾已有定位提法的考察基础上,结合知识经济时代区域中心城市的发展趋势、宜宾在成贵高铁影响下的区位优势、宜宾"十二五"发展的一些主要规划建设内容,认为宜宾已初具区域门户型中心城市的特征,应该抓住机遇,适势适时将西南门户型中心城市作为宜宾社会经济发展的城市新定位。

The Chengdu-Guiyang High-Speed Rail Influence on the Location Advantage and Functional Positioning of Yibin City

With the relationship between the urban location and the urban functional positioning as the starting point,on the basis of the significant events in Chengdu-Chongqin economic zone and the Chengdu-Guiyang high-speed rail construction,this article describes the change of Yibin’s location advantage in different stages,and then points out in particular the fundamental role of Chengdu-Guiyang high-speed rail in the multiplication of Yibin’s location advantage.According to the observations of the city positioning of Yibin,in combination with the development trend of regional central city,Yibin’s location advantage under the influence of Chengdu-Guiyang high speed rail,and the content of Yibin’s new plan for 2011 to 2015,the authors consider that Yibin has initially presented itself with the characteristics of a portal-type center city.It is high time we took the opportunity in due time to upgrade its social economic positioning to the level of Southwest portal-type center city.
