“农家书屋”建设的重庆实践

基于“农家书屋”具有图书馆的特征和规律，借鉴和融入公共图书馆体系，尝试建立一种以县级图书馆为依托，乡镇图书馆为网点，“农家书屋”为服务终端的模式，可以最大限度地利用资源共享的优势，扩大服务面，获得长久的生存和发展空间，充分发挥“农家书屋”在社会主义新农村建设中的经济促进作用与文化带动作用。探索和研究“农家书屋”建设，对积极构建农村公共文化服务体系，保障群众基本文化权益，满足群众精神文化需求，为推动农村公共文化事业又好又快地发展具有十分重要的现实意义。

The "Farm House" Construction of Chongqing Practice

The "farm house" has the characteristics and rules of library,we try to draw lessons from and join in the public library system,establish a mode of relying on county-level library,taking the libraries of villages and towns as net,"farm house" for the service terminal.This mode can maximize the use of shared resources,expansion of service,access to long-term survival and development space,give full play to the "farm house" in the construction of new socialist countryside economy to promote action and cultural role.The exploration and research of "farm house" project,is significant to construct the rural public cultural service system,guarantee the basic cultural rights and interests,meet the spiritual and cultural needs,promote the rural public cultural undertakings and fast development.
