| 摘 要： | 房地产法定公证是维护房地产正常流转秩序的重要法律制度。房地产法定公证适应我国经济发展的现实需要,有利于贯彻《物权法》的公示公信原则,能够有力地保障房地产交易安全,有效地提高房地产的交易效率和纠纷的救济效率。

| Abstract: | Real estate legal notarization is an important legal system which maintains the normal circulation order of real estate.In response to current economic development in China,real estate legal notarization will be beneficial to carrying out the principle of public summons and public trust,ensure the safety of the trade,promote the efficiency of the real estate trade and the efficiency of remedy. |
