| 摘 要： | 短期离职率是衡量大学生就业质量的重要指标。应届生的短期离职率居高不下有职业信息不对称、人才培养应试化、诚信教育缺失等多方面的原因,但归根结底在于学生职业规划意识的淡薄和高校职业规划教育的不完善。要解决这一问题,高校需要加强职业规划体系建设,实现人才培养与职业教育的市场化;学生应当发挥主体作用,学习并使用职业规划方法,理性择业,科学发展;用人单位需要充分利用自身市场化、社会化的资源,进行大学生的职业规划教育。
