摘    要:师生关系是学校里最主要的社会关系。在教与学这一对矛盾中,教师只有更新学生观,理解、尊重学生,多从学生的角色出发,校正自己的教学态度和方法,才能使教和学达到高度的统一。融洽的师生关系和由此而实现的和谐教学能使教学过程诸要素之间以及教学过程与教育环境之间始终处于一种协调、平衡的状态,从而减轻学生负担,提高教学质量,使学生得到全面的发展。

Abstract:The relationship between teachers and students is the main social relationship in school.In teaching,teachers should renew their concept of students,understand and respect students,consider more about students,adjust their teaching attitude and method,then they can reach the best in teaching.Harmonious relationship can make the aspects in teaching in a coordinate state.Thus teachers can improve their teaching quality,reduce the study burden of the students and help the students develop themselves successfully.
