| 摘 要： | "新干涉主义"是以美国为首的部分西方列强为了实现其领导世界、主宰世界的目的,而采用政治施压、经济制裁、军事打击来处理国际事务的一种新的外交策略."新干涉主义"的理论基础是"国家主权过时论"、"人权高于主权"论."新干涉主义"的实质就是霸权主义、强权政治.

| Abstract: | New Interference Policy refers to the new diplomatic strategies of some America - led western big powers to deal with international affairs, in which political pressures, economic sanctions and military attacks are used to realize their goals of leading and dominating the world. Its theoretical foundations are the theory of the out - of - date state sovereignty and the mistaken idea that human rights Surpass sovereignty. Its essence is hegemonism and power politics. |
