理工类大学生创新思维能力发展的教育障碍与对策

摘    要:高等教育肩负着为国家培养创新人才的重任,能否培养出具有创新精神和创新能力的高级专门人才,是高校教育工作者所面临的一个重要课题。文章着重分析了理工类大学生创新思维能力发展的教育障碍,提出从改变教学观念、尊重学生个性的发展、改革教学方法、推进制度创新和营造创新能力教育的良好环境入手,彻底消除扼杀学生学习兴趣、思维活力和创新能力的障碍,以加强理工类大学生创新精神、创新能力和实践能力为核心目标,积极推进理工类大学生人才培养模式的改革和创新。
